You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of legal adulthood in your location, a parent or legal guardian must give permission and review these Terms with you. Do not use the game if you do not meet these conditions. Mandatory local rules may impose additional requirements.

We permit personal, non-commercial use of the game on supported devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable Apple usage rules. The application license is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable. These Terms supplement that license and do not replace mandatory rights or Apple’s applicable terms.

This version has no paid items, subscriptions or advertisements. Wheel spins and in-game rewards are earned within the game. The wheel gives virtual boosters with no cash value and no cash-out, transfer or resale right. The available reward outcomes and chances are shown in the game. Inventory limits apply. No purchase is necessary. Features may evolve in later versions, but these Terms do not authorize any future charge. Any future purchase requires a separate affirmative purchase action and applicable store terms.

Progress, equipment and rewards are stored locally, not in a company-operated cloud account. Keep your device and backups secure. Reinstalling, deleting app data, changing devices or a storage failure may lose progress. We cannot guarantee recovery of records we do not hold. Virtual items are limited game-use rights, not property or money. We may make reasonable balance and technical changes, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Do not use the game to violate the law, compromise devices, distribute malware, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with the game. Do not bypass security measures or reverse engineer the software except to the extent applicable law permits. We retain rights in the game, code, branding and original content; third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

We may provide updates to fix problems, maintain compatibility or change features. Availability on every device or operating-system version is not guaranteed. We may suspend or discontinue the service or your access where reasonably necessary, including for serious misuse, subject to notice and mandatory consumer protections where required. You can stop using the game at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer guarantees. Where permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or business losses from personal use. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the laws of your residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms and identify the updated date. Material changes will be notified as required by law. Where a change requires renewed acceptance, we will request it before applying that change to you.
