Your iPhone model, iOS version, app version/build number from Settings, level number, what happened and the steps that led to it. Screenshots are optional. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Progress is stored on your device. Try closing and reopening the app before reinstalling. Do not delete the app as a troubleshooting step without considering the risk of losing progress. Offloading and deleting are different iOS actions. Any device or iCloud backups are managed through your Apple settings.

The free launch version has no purchases, subscriptions or ads. You do not need to pay to play or to use earned wheel spins. Earlier TestFlight purchase tests are not paid purchases in this release.

The first spin is free. Another free spin is earned for every three newly completed levels. Completing the same levels repeatedly does not award duplicate progression spins. Every spin awards boosters; rewards cannot be exchanged for money.

Use the same email with “Outpost Riot privacy” in the subject. We can help with information you sent us or questions about earlier TestFlight analytics. We cannot access game saves held only on your device.
