Privacy Policy

This version has no accounts, in-app purchases, advertisements or push notifications. Optional gameplay analytics is offered to players who select age 18 or older. It starts only after you allow it. Players who select ages 13 to 17 can play with analytics off. You do not need to provide your name, email address or date of birth to play. Progress is saved on your device.

The game saves mission progress, achievements, equipment, earned boosters and wheel rewards, settings, recovery copies and local error information needed to maintain progress and troubleshoot problems. It also saves your selected age band, confirmation that you accept the Terms, and your analytics choice. It does not save or send your full date of birth. A local review-request record limits how often the game asks for a rating. The age band, Terms confirmation and saved game files are not sent to analytics providers. If you allow analytics, selected gameplay events are sent as described below.

The game uses iOS app storage and an on-device recovery copy. These are not an account or a company-operated cloud-save service. Your device or Apple backup settings may affect backup, restoration and deletion. Removing the app using iPhone Settings normally removes its local app data; offloading the app does not. Any copies you exported or stored in device backups must be managed separately. Removing data may permanently remove progress.

If you email us for help, feedback or a privacy request, we receive your email address, the content of your message and attachments you choose to send, together with ordinary email delivery information. Please do not send passwords, payment information, government IDs, sensitive personal information, or unnecessary personal details. We use support messages to answer requests, diagnose reported problems, protect the service and meet legal obligations. We do not automatically attach a save file or gameplay history.

Apple distributes the app and provides operating-system features, including its optional rating and review prompt. Apple may process App Store, device diagnostic, backup and review information under its own settings and privacy policies. Apple may make permitted developer reports available to us. We use those reports to understand app reliability and distribution. The game does not tell us whether you submitted a review and does not grant rewards for reviewing.

With your permission, we use GameAnalytics and Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how people play and improve difficulty, tutorials, navigation and reliability. Events include game sessions, mission and wave starts and results, tower actions, resource use, booster use, wheel rewards, equipment changes, selected menu clicks, and technical performance or error information. Not every tap is recorded. We do not record your screen or collect message text through gameplay analytics.

These services process pseudonymous device or app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, session information and network information. They may infer approximate country or region from IP addresses. We do not request GPS or precise device location. Pseudonymous data is not anonymous: events can be associated with the same device or installation over time. It is not a verified identity and may change after reinstalling.

GameAnalytics and Google receive the relevant analytics events. See GameAnalytics privacy information and Google privacy information. This release does not integrate OneSignal, an advertising SDK, or in-app purchases. We do not enable Google advertising consent or request Apple advertising-tracking permission. No camera, microphone or contacts access is requested.

Choose Not now to play without optional analytics. In Settings, open Gameplay Analytics to change your choice. Turning it off stops new analytics collection through the app; it does not automatically erase information already received by providers. Contact us for a deletion request. Uninstalling the app also does not delete provider-held records. Earlier TestFlight data may remain with GameAnalytics, Firebase or OneSignal under the relevant retention settings; requests about that data are handled separately.

Where European or UK data protection law applies, we process support information as necessary to respond to your request or provide requested support, for our legitimate interests in diagnosing problems, maintaining security and improving reliability, and where necessary to comply with legal obligations. We consider your rights and reasonable expectations when relying on legitimate interests. Where consent is required, we seek it before the relevant optional processing and allow withdrawal. Optional gameplay analytics relies on your consent. You may withdraw it in Settings without losing access to gameplay or rewards. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. We do not use behavioral advertising.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. Analytics is processed by the providers described above under the applicable service arrangements. Support communications may be processed by the business email and support infrastructure we use, under appropriate service arrangements. We may disclose necessary information to professional advisers, to comply with a lawful request, to protect rights and security, or in a business reorganization subject to applicable law and privacy protections. We do not authorize unrelated marketing use of support messages.

Milano Milano LLC operates in the United States. Information you send us may be handled in the United States and other locations used by our service providers. Where legally required, international transfers must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as approved standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your information.

On-device progress remains until removed, replaced or deleted by you or your device. We retain support communications only for as long as needed to resolve the request, handle reasonably necessary follow-up and disputes, maintain security, and meet legal requirements. Retention depends on the nature of the request and applicable obligations. Analytics retention depends on provider settings and the purposes described above. We keep identifiable or pseudonymous analytics only as long as needed for those purposes, subject to applicable deletion obligations. Provider-generated aggregate reports may remain where they no longer identify a person. Contact us for the retention period applying to your records. Privacy-request records may be retained to demonstrate compliance. We limit access and use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards; no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may also request portability, restriction, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may need proportionate information to verify a request, but will not ask for more than is reasonably necessary. We cannot remotely retrieve or delete game saves held only on your device. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including an EEA supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner.

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct or delete covered personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing, to limit certain uses of sensitive information, and to receive non-discriminatory treatment where applicable law provides those rights. Authorized agents may submit requests subject to lawful verification. We do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising, including information about minors. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a limit-use option. The app does not conduct browser-based tracking; Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals do not change an advertising practice because no such practice is active in this release. Contact us if you wish to exercise a right or appeal a decision where available.

Outpost Riot is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the game. The game asks you to confirm minimum-age eligibility locally; we do not treat this as consent to analytics. For this release, optional gameplay analytics is disabled for players who select ages 13 to 17. The age selection is a local declaration, not verified age or parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as required. A parent or guardian may contact us about a child’s information.

We will update this policy when practices change and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Adding purchases, advertising, new analytics uses or push services in a future version requires updated disclosures and any legally required choices before the new processing begins. This policy does not give advance permission for those features.
